Customer Service Advisors

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Attend to all intakes of customers' cars for repair and servicing
  • Translate detailed requests of customers into job orders and make the necessary recommendations
  • Administer documentation for costing, claims and vehicle history

     

    Requirements:

     

  • Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology/Mechatronics or equivalent
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in automotive industry
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
  • Highly committed and prepared to put in long hours
  • Good oral and written communication skills

     

    Customer Service Officer

     

    Responsibilities:

     

  • Delivery of excellent customer service at reception.
  • To ensure the ambience of showroom meets Corporate Identity and that it is upheld at all times.

     

    Requirements:

     

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Willing to work shift and on weekends & Public Holidays
  • Keen interest in Customer Service & a good team player

     

    Technician

     

    Responsibilities:

     

  • Responsible for carrying out all routine maintenance and service functions in the workshop.

     

    Requirements:

     

  • NITEC in Automotive Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Automotive Service and Repair
  • Possess a valid driving licence
