Customer Service Advisors
Responsibilities:
Attend to all intakes of customers' cars for repair and servicing
Translate detailed requests of customers into job orders and make the necessary recommendations
Administer documentation for costing, claims and vehicle history
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology/Mechatronics or equivalent
Preferably 3 years of experience in automotive industry
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
Highly committed and prepared to put in long hours
Good oral and written communication skills

Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
Delivery of excellent customer service at reception.
To ensure the ambience of showroom meets Corporate Identity and that it is upheld at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
Willing to work shift and on weekends & Public Holidays
Keen interest in Customer Service & a good team player
Technician
Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out all routine maintenance and service functions in the workshop.
Requirements:
NITEC in Automotive Technology or equivalent
At least 2-5 years of experience in Automotive Service and Repair
Possess a valid driving licence
