Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
- Handle all customers' feedback promptly and efficiently
- Co-ordinate and tabulate Customer Service Index data for monthly survey purpose
- Responsible for prompt follow-up, interaction and investigation of each customer's case
- To ensure that all customers' data are properly updated and archived

Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Business or Engineering
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills
- Ability to deal and handle people at all levels
- Possess the right mindset and positive attitude

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
- Delivery of excellent customer service at reception
- Ensure good housekeeping of showroom
- Provide full support to the sales team

Requirements:

- Minimum ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level
- Willing to work shift and on weekends and public holidays
- Keen interest in customer service and a good team player

Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing telephone based support to customers
- Follow-up on customers requests and issues and provide timely responses to ensure daily service level achievement

Requirements:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in call centre environment
- Customer focused with good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette

Responsibilities:

- To promote and sell BMW vehicles and achieve sales targets
- To handle customers and public enquiries relating to purchases

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience with proven track records, preferably in Automotive industry
- High achiever and target driven with strong customer focus
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 / Class 2 driving licence
